Has anyone tried reloading Estate shotgun hulls in 12 and 20 ga.?

I visually compared some 2 3/4 inch Fed Hi-Power Plastic w/Fiber base wads of the same gauge and they look to have the same dimensions as the Estate hulls.

Has anybody reloaded these Estate hulls? Comments?

Ding, ding, ding..... you answered your own question. The current Estate IS a Federal w/ paper basewad, manufactured, loaded and marketed by Federal.

They load ok. Finding inexpensive wads (other than the Claybuster automatic plastic depositing wads) that fit is hard. HTH, Dutch.

I loaded some Estate 28's as if they were Federals and everything seemed to work just fine. So, provided the Estates are consistent with Federals from gauge to gauge, you should be able to use Federal data with success.
