Hammond from Top Gear got to drive a F1 Renault a few years ago. He's a pretty fast driver, and good at it, but could not get the car moving without stalling. After a few tries, he got on the track. He never got it going fast enough to get the ground effects working. Plus, he said it was a scary ride even at slow speeds.
