I got this drill index from a shooter on another forum. It came from Harry Millers shop in LA. It is a drill index used to hold jet drills. Jim Miller, Harry's grand nephew, has one also. My question was the engraved info on the inside of the bottom. If you screw the bottom off, it holds a pin vise for the drills. The bottom is inscribed OM Moore 4-1-1924. Who is OM Moore?

For those that don't know, Harry A. Miller was the father of the Miller race cars and the Offy engines, among many other things.
