I think Ed Cook's F.A.S.T. (factory appearing stock tire) class Black A12 Roadrunner would be better.

Frost,
I think there is medicine available for your affliction. Did you get the pics from Luangwa?

Look at the wrinkle in the side walls of those G-70 15 bias ply tires. I don't know how he keeps them from spinning on the rim.

Ed recently broke into the high 10's in the 1/4 on those bias plys. I can't even get mine to hook.

Thank you.

I think that car personifies the best in design and to this day has not been surpassed.

I saw the newest SLS at a car show in Dubai last December. The lines just didn't look as good.

The gull wing Mercedes also gets my vote for one of the most elegant cars ever designed. Maybe not particularly practical but oh so elegant.

I've always also had a thing about the old Mercedes SLs that came later and am trying to add one to my collection now....... having a few problems with that at the moment though!

Good to know there are Mopar guys here, with good taste in cars and guns, They sure seem to go together! Whitworth has scribbled many an article for the Mopar mags and has indeed, built some ferocious cars. Lets not forget Dave Dudek in F.A.S.T. who just raised the bar to 10.05 in his black 69 Hemi Roadrunner! I will be happy to get my current project, 69 Satellite with a crossrammed 528 Hemi, into the tens in full streetable trim. We sure can pick expensive hobbies!

Dudek has been in the thick of the FAST class since its inception -- 10.05 -- WOW! Lee, put up some photos of your project. I'm sure there are many who would love to see it (especially me!).
