WOW! What a run to the top. Unbelievable. A beat-up and as usual, an underated team, rose to the challenge. I was so fed-up with the announcers and analysts giving the championship to Texas without consideration of St Louis. They need to hang their heads in shame. | |||

Let me see; Philly was going to sweep us. Didn't happen. Let me see; Milwaukee was going to beat us. Didn't happen. Let me see; Texas was planning to sweep us, maybe Cards win one game. Didn't happen. Game Six, perhaps the most fantastic game I have ever seen. Like Yogi said "It ain't over 'til it's over..." If the Cards are smart, they make that one available on DVD. It is interesting that everybody counted on Pujols to carry the team. The WS showed an entire team that just refused to lose.
