I have an unfired Lyman Great Plains Rifle/Hunter that I want to sell. I bought it new from Midsouth a couple months ago for our muzzleloader season and have since decided that I don't really want to become a student of traditional muzzleloaders. To me a muzzleloader is a tool to extend the hunting season for an extra week. I feel that an inline will get me up and running more easily.

I bought the Lyman with a .54 cal slow twist barrel for shooting round balls and also bought the .50 cal fast twist barrel for shooting conicals. The gun has been taken out of the box (which I still have), and been in my safe since. All components are right hand percussion cap models. I could take pictures if you want to see them, but the gun is new.

For the gun and both barrels I am asking $350 shipped.
