| Find a White... I am a southpaw, and the nine or so I have work wonderfully. They have a straight stock, a safety on the right hand that fits the LH thumb just right, and the cocking piece is on the left... perfect! |

| The TC Triumph is state of the art and ambidextrous. The "bone collector" edition is equipped with a shorter stock.
The TC Impact is also ambidextrous and is equipped with a spacer system to tailor length of pull.
Both will work well with all available powders including Blackhorn 209. |

| I know a guy that has the TC Bone Collector and has had nothing but trouble with it .Been back to TC twice and still will not fire when it should .
HE MISSED HIS STATE MUZZLELOADER SEASON !
TC did not get the gun back to him in time !
This is the first I have ever complained about TC but I am starting to think they are headed down the tubes. |

| Just grab an Encore. Go to highplainsgunstocks.com and get a LH stock for it and you both can use it. I have a LH thumbhole for my Encore and love it. |

| A White or for much less money - a CVA Optima (new version with quick release breech plug).

| I'm a lefty and have an Encore..No problems with fit. Considering the ease at cleaning and assembly, I don't know why you don't consider it.

| I'd actually suggest a Contender over the Encore. Smaller frame, a bit lighter and Mike at On Target Technology makes a spacer that fits Encore stocks to Contenders. I have a couple and prefer them over my Encore. You could probably find a frame, then find the barrel and after the stock, you're probably into it less than an Encore. Not to mention the multiple barrel selection...

| I'm a peft as well. If he wants an inline, look into a cva accura v2. The thumbhole stock is ambidextrous and i love it! Great fit

| If you are willing to spend a little more and the Encore does not do it for you. Try the Ultra Light Arms from Melvin Forbes. |

| I shoot left handed and use a knight 85. If I can get past the cost and the looks I plan on getting an Encore. |

| Get a knight long range hunter. They made a model with a left hand stock. 2" groups at 200 yards |

| CVA's Apex is probably most similar to an Encore, including the ability to switch to other barrels-calibers. I have two of them and prefer them all to heck over the Encores I've owned. It's design is ambidextrous and it's a great handling rifle. The CVA Accura V2 is also an excellent rifle that is built to be ambidextrous. And I've already mentioned the Optima (hold out for the V2 version of the Optima). Switching any of those models to left-handed use would only involve moving the cocking spur to the left side of the hammer. Just be sure to heat the spur a bit to release the thread locker before turning it out (left handed threads).
