I have used sabot and bullets in my Knight Predator target shooting and hunting for years. There are several different manufactures of sabots if they will work depends on how consistent the inside and outside of the sabot measures. I believe they are injected molded and may very in size. One thousandth of an inch should not make that much difference, but the only way you will be able to know is to try and see how hard they are to get down the barrel. If you have access to some bullets of the same diameter you could do a test try for size just remove the breech plug so you can push them all the way through. If they are two hard to get down the barrel then I suggest not using them it will make reloading for a second shot difficult in a hurry. Have you tried the power-belts I have heard people like them and they are accurate but I have not tried them yet. Hope this helps. Swede44mag | ||
