Gentlemen; What brand or color sabot would you recommend for the Knight disc elite. 100-120 gr. powder.

With a majority of Knight shooters, the thicker Hornady & Knight-packaged sabots fit best. When ordering from Del at MMP, you may question him on fit. If your rifle is a 50 caliber, you will most likely need the thicker grade #12 version. Also, besides Hornady, Nosler & T/C, eventually every major ML manufacturer will make their own plastic sabots. Heck... I even heard today that the maker of Pyrodex & 777 powder(Hodgdon Inc) is venturing into the 209 primer-making business. Wouldn't surprise me to see Hodgdon eventually try plastic sabot-making also. You can also try these easy-to-load plastic sabots that fit very similar to the Harvesters and grade #24 MMPs. cmbb, Quote: CURRENTLY, ALL sabots are made by either MMP or Harvester. Hornady and T/C ARE in the process of making their own, however. So, no matter what you get, they'll either be Harvester or MMP with either THEIR name, or Nosler/Knight/etc. You can buy MMP DIRECT from Dell Ramsey. That way you get CURRENT formulas and not old stock. As to which COLOR to buy...What caliber Disc Elite and what caliber bullets are you going to use?
