Just a ballpark figure. There are several reasons why these numbers I'm giving you can change another couple inches high or low. The best reason is because the A & H muzzleloader barrel built right after yours may have a bore diameter .004 different than yours. Centerfire barrels are governed as per SAAMI... muzzleloader barrels are not. On average, based on posts I've read with that bullet & two pellets, I'm saying roughly 6" low at 150 & 14" low at 200 with enough terminal energy to still harvest "whitetails" out to 225 yards. | ||

I am very new to muzzleloading,(7 days exactly) i have a austin and halleck ml and im using 100 gns of triple seven pyrodex and 300 grain thompson center shockwaves.heres my problem,Ive got a hunt planned tuesday and all ive shot these at is 25yds (dead on) 100yds (dead on) but i dont know how much drop i'd have at 200 yds??? thanks | |||
