The REAL bullets work just fine. I have the Lee mold and use them in my Kodiak side by side percussion double rifle. You will like their performance on elk.

I use 30 -1 lead to tin. I have a stainless steel pot that holds about 80 pounds. I typically put in 60 pounds of sheet lead and two pounds of tin. Do a search for Track of the Wolf. This company is a major supplier in the muzzleloading market, and you should be able to buy these bullets already cast from them.
