Rokay... the pedersoli should be going back to their gunsmiths...

1: tenon/tange devolped lots of play....
2: tenon has a 1/16- 1/18 deep groove from recoil... allowing barrels to slip... 2 bad things.. 1: gun might blow up/out of stock, 2: wont shoot regulated, as its shot is different
3: front sight flew down range, detenation unknown.

the second one is still shooting perfect...

both guns, btw, when you step over the 1400fps velocity, jump 8" at 50yards, for aiming... stays pretty flat at 1300 or 1500... but it's all in one groups at 1200-1300, and another from 1400 up... wierd

yes, I am loading the pedersoli to what it SHOULD be loaded to, 600gr maxi, 110 triple7 ffg.

both are 58's.

The smith said that if they coem to him, they generally aint regulated... he says it can be regulated fairly easily....

I designed extra recoil locks/lugs, and have asked him to mount....

it might be good enough

This is interesting! I wonder how regulation can be "done easily"! My understanding is that regulating a double is a pain, and the main reason why doubles cost so much more than single barrelled rifles.... [Confused] I have a Kodiak .54, which is very much in need of regulating!
