I have some information about tested pressure in rifles from Italia.

Pedersoli Sharps
45-70 Government: 2.000 Bar = 29.007 PSI
They test bigger caliber such as 45-120 much lower than
45-70

Pedersoli Rolling Block
45-70 Government: 1.241 Bar = 18.000 PSI

Armi Sport Sharps
45-70 Government: 2.860 Bar = 41.470 PSI
They also test their bigger caliber in lower pressure than the 45-70

Uberti High Wall
45-70 Government: 3.220 Bar = 46.690 PSI
22-250: 3.450 Bar = 50.025 PSI
