I know, I know!! Because Colt has not made a Navy model in over 135 years. The Henry firearms guys in Brooklyn assembled the 20th century re-introductions for them from italian parts. we go west by northwest about 42 miles. Leave the paved road and start saddling horses. The rest is tent camping, biscuits and gravy and bacon the first morning, and elk backstrap the rest of the week. Maybe a wolf if we get lucky. Rich | |||

I've got a 2nd generation colt made in the 60s. At that time colt claimed they were a continuation of the orgional production and made on the orgional tooling. Don't know what they are doing now. Regards, Byron | |||
