Well I had the opportunity today to see one in action, but it wasn't the standard model, it was the 45 cal Optima Pro w/29" fluted barrel. Using 150gr of Pydrodex pellets, shooting 225gr Aero-tip all copper CVA Powerbelt bullets, my cousin was able to cut holes at 100yds and shot a 1 1/16" two shot group at 200yds needless to say I was impressed. The one imperfection is the trigger, it does have some creep, a little too much and it is not adjustable, it is definitely not in the same class as an Austin & Halleck(what I shoot) or an Encore. It does balance very well though. I can't vouch for the short barreled non-magnum version but the Optima Pro flat ass shoots.

I bought the 209 Pro 50 cal . It is not he "magnum" but it can still be loaded for 150 gr pyrodex. it has the 26 in barrel and 1/28 twist. Using 295 gr HP powerbelts and 100 gr pyrodex It shoots amazingly accurate. I For 186 bucks i am impressed! Trigger is VERY crappy. about 6# pull and alotta creep. I cant imagine how it would shoot if a guy was to tinker a bit w/ it. For a deer gun it has my vote!
