The TC!! There's nothing basically wrong with the CVA, but the TC has a better rep for quality over the years. CVA's are supposed to be better today than formerly, but I have no personal knowledge of this alleged improvement!

Besides, TC's are "made in USA", if that makes a difference to you.

TC. I can't imagine even having to ask if you've looked at the guns side by side...

T/C's are made in New Hampshire for god's sake! That means it must be good! Look at the other large companies here. Ruger, SigArms, ummm Ruger, Sigarms, you get the picture.

Just posted a used T/C Renegade Hunter 50 cal in classified. It has the T/C weaver scope mount adapter and weaver mount installed. In other words it will accept any weaver style rings, or remove mount-adapter and reinstall factory rear sight. Also has the Uncle Mikes quick attach sling furniture and polymor ram rod. Listed seperately is a green mountain Renegade change out barrel system with patched round ball rifling and twist 1-70"
