Hi--I have one of these built up for a 219 DON Wasp--It s one of the early ones and will at times mlet the lever will drop slightly--the action doesn t open
I believe there were updates on these action
to stop this
Any information would help

There was a Wilbur Hauck that made actions like this. I saw a gun built on one at the Ohio Gun Collectors back in the day. He didn't have the best reputation for quality control.

I think Meacham is still in business. You could contact him.

LIke Dave I was gett'en a little excited and would write a $600 check for a Jack Haugh rifle and give anyone a $1000 finders fee...but alas it never came to be...
