I just ordered a midrange tang sight from Lee Shaver for a Pedersoli Sharps. These are Pedersoli "Creedmore" sights (not Ukranian) which he converts to "Soule" by adding the right/left knobs for windage adjustments. He also re-engraves the vernier markings on the staff and slider so you can actually read them without a magnifying glass.

The Lee Shaver sights that B.A.W. posted here are his "economy grade" Soules.They are carefully reworked Italian venier sights and they work JUST fine!!The markings on Lees sights are spaced for MOA on the Vernier and can be read by most humans without an electron microscope-unlike the Pedersoli elevation markings.

I have shot NRA BPCR silhouette off and on since 1998.Last year(while shooting a Pedersoli Sharps,BTW) I shot my last scores to qualify as an NRA Master class shooter.The first one of those scores was on a MISERABLY hot,dry day in Denver during the 4th of July weekend.The first day of the CO.State match.I shot a 29 that day which was better than many other shooters including Steve Brooks-a two time National champion.

The sights on my rifle that day? A Lyman 17A front with Shaver inserts and a Shaver economy grade mid range Soule shown above!!
