Its as simple as calling the factory,talking to the head tech.Your right in so much as it is not written,but if he says no better than 1 moa for a target gun,the heck with it.And you can call ruger and talk to as many of them as you want,and thats what each and every one will tell you.Your right its not a formal garauntee,but to me its pretty much a garauntee not to be dissapointed when after talking to them you still go buy one and it sprays fly shit on the target.If you ignore what the folks at the factory have said and stand there at the range in that scenario its a garauntee nobodies goin to feel to sorry for ya.You sure as hell wouldnt want to open your mouth and let it be known that you had that forehand factory knowledge and bought anyway thinking the grace of god would get you by.Folks might roll their eyes.What do you figure?
