Did Ruger ever chamber the Ruger No.1A with
22 inch barrel and AH forend in .270 Winchester ?

From what I see Ruger has cataloged the 1A in 270 Win from 1973 through today.

Yes, it's been a regular catalog item for years. I have a 1A in .7x57 and it is a great rifle.
I had to mount the leupold 2X7 a little farther forward that I would like, but it,s not a big probalem. If it was I woold order a set of off set rings.
