Ok, now don't laugh too hard here, but I'm new and no experience to the T/C Encore game. I just got my new VVCG barrel/Encore frame/stock all put together and it looks beautiful, and has a extractor, but for hunting I was hoping that there is ejector piece that I'm suppose to add so the rifle will kick out the spent cartridge when I open it up. Can anyone tell me that, yes you can get a EJECTOR for T/C Encore? Thanks

Yes, you can get a barrel set up that way -- but it's not a standard feature. Most guys who spend big bucks for a custom barrel will shoot handloads and will want to keep their brass instead of chasing it all over the countryside.

TC did offer a few "ejector" models in the past.

I haven't heard of an ejector for the Encore!

Personally, I reload my ammo and prefer the extractor system that is on the Encore system now! I just pick the empty case out of the chamber and put it in my pocket and don't have to pick it up off the ground!

But, if you're in a situation where you're hunting "dangerous game", the ejector system would definitely be a "PLUS"!
