I have had folks ask why a No1 for-end couldn't be slimmed down like a British single shot. Well here is one that I am just finishing sanding and I think it is quite petite and feels really nice in the hand.

I have a No 1 reworked by MV Highsmith, a Memphis gunsmith. He cut down a big No 1B fore end to a British style and added a horn tip. It's my favorite.
