Well, let Pictures speak:

My "Little" Blaser K95, 6,5x57R with Swaro PV-N 3-12x50 on rail and pimped with my LED illuminated front sightand Heym rear sight and a Reineke gun sling for great carrying

Performed well on a marmot hunt last year... :-)

life is too short for not having the best equipment You could buy...

I dunno. I mean, it's chambered in a really odd caliber...not like anyone's gonna have "six point five" anything on the shelves. And they screwed up that great blueing job with some scratch marks on the side plates. An everyone knows wood stocks just can't shoot near as good as plastix and the silly little glow in the dark nightlight on the front of the gun's only gonna attract Skeeters and such.

Heck, I'd give you $50 for it and I think that'd be generous.

Big Grin

(*Seriously, nice, nice rifle. I really like the engraving on the sideplates. Not too overstated. Just a lovely little carry rig. tu2 )

Regards,

Robert

have a the same K-95 with a straight stock. Just got a 6.5x57R barrel as well. Replaced a new 6.5x55 barrel that was having extraction issues. Only thing I was dissapointed about was the barrel profile. The 6.5x55 was nice and trim, wish they did the same with the 6.5x57R. It is the exact same profile as my 300WM barrel. So it would be heavier if it was not 2" or so shorter. Why Blaser does that I don't know.

Nice setup. Have a Prestige in 270 and really like it, despite the caliber. As a lefty, I do find the extraction a bit trying at times due to the location of the extractor. Just means I need to make sure that first shot counts...

That's about the only thing I can think of that causes me an issue with my K95. As a southpaw, the extraction is not as handy as I would like it to be.
