If you watch Gunbroker.com for awhile you can probably pick up a lightly used frame at a good price. The price range should be somewhere between $250 and $325 for stainless steel. Also, either a Contender or G2 Contender frame will work with your barrel. Frames for sale also come up occasionally on the Specialty Pistols forum web site.

I don't know if your MGM barrel will take a standard Contender forend so you may have to look for a custom stock option. You could call MGM to find out.

A good think about T/C products is that they, in my experience, honor their warranty even if you're not the original purchaser of the product. This takes some of the anxiety out of getting used T/C products.

Oh, and the 204 Ruger; one of my favorites for the Contender.

You're MGM .204 barrel is a Shilen blank. Excellent barrel and my bet is that it will be very accurate. I have a MGM .204 barrel ......cost me $440 so I'd say you scored.
