I wasn't sure if this should be a new thread or if I should semi-highjack the existing one on the same gun in .38-55...decided to go this way.

Anyone have any info on this gun? The centerfire version looks interesting, but when I saw a retailer in Canada offering it in .22lr my eyebrows really perked up. I assume it's built on the same downsized frame, and it is equipped with the tang sight. Some bad things seem to be circulating about the Chiappas. Any knowledge, opinions or educated guesses about this one?
