TN Man, Unfortunately, I would not count on getting any meaningful help from the TC factory over headspace misfires. The good news is that there is help. Mike Bellm probably knows more about TC headspace issues and how to fix them than anyone. Here is his link: http://www.bellmtcs.com/store/index.php?cid=562 Go to this link and learn all about TC headspace issues. Good luck.

TN MAN, Give TC a call. I sent them a Contender frame that I was having problems with back in the 80's and they discovered the the frame was stretched and sent me a new frame free of charge.

Mike Bellm is extremely knowledgable on the Encore system in general and headspacing problems, in particular. He's my source with Encore issues.

Ar you reloading?? Are you headspacing your reloads on the belt or on the shoulder?? Probably a sizing problem if you are reloading. Just an opinion. Tom. WEST BY GOD VIRGINIA
