I just returned from the NRA Show in Houston and visited with Dave Caboth of Waffenfabrik Hein (www.rifleactions.com). In addition to the fine Mauser-M70 hybrid actions (in 5 lengths, with or w/o square bridges), they are about to produce a copy of the rare Webley 1897 Farquharson-type single shot action, to be available in about another 6 months, approximate cost $2500:   NRA Life Member, Band of Bubbas Charter Member, PGCA, DRSS.
