the early, vertically split Ruger scope rings... the ones that came on early No. 1's.

They are badly in need of replacement screws, all the small ones that hold the two sides together.

Any idea where I can get same?

Check Brownells, they have lots of gun screws. They may even know exactly what screw it is if you call them.
