The Wickcliffe action was made in the Cleveland suburb of Wickcliffe, OH. They were just 25 years ahead of their time. You are right, they are a well made unit. My discretionary money was relegated to #3 Rugers and Rem Rolling Blocks at that poin in time. Sorry I can't contribute any more, but I'm glad you enjoy your piece of Americana.
