Hey guys, I purchased a h&r ultra varmint rifle in 243 with the fluted 24 in bull barrel and i took it out to sight it in and had a problem with the gun shooting through the same hole at 25 yds, and then at 50 yrds the groups open up and and it throws the bullets all over the paper. Im shooting off a bipod and a rest in the back of the stock so movement is at a very minimum. keep in mind on the same day after i shot 40 rounds out of this gun, I also shot my 300 winny and had .56-.82 3 shot groups at 100 yds so i dont think that i was flinching with the 243. any help or advice would be appreciated
thanks bill

Take your problems over to the GB board

http://www.graybeardoutdoors.com/smf/index.php/board,126.0.html.

You get lots of help there. These rifles are finiky specially with a bi-pod.
