Yesterday, I saw at the Winchster website the new 1885 in .22-250. My question is, is it a custom rifle in a limited edition or is it normal in production. My dad get the order from me, to order one. But in Germany it is nearly impossible to get limited edition rifles from USA. I was very angree, as Browning stopped the production and I missed the chance to buy a .22-250. It would fit to my other two High Wall´s, one in .45-70 and one in .30-30. Martin

Today , I would order it, but Browning/Europe told me, that they will not offer the High Wall for Europe. Thank your Winchester and Browning! In the year 2000, I ordered an 1895 in .405 WCF. After 2 years I get the info, they built it, but not for Europe. I was so angree, that I ordered on the same day a Marlin 1895 in .450Marlin. I get the rifle two weeks later. Now , I must consider about a alternative. My second choice is the Remington XR-100 or a Ruger #1. Martin
