2 cartridge ammo carrier

Awhile back someone posted a link to a company that sold a cartridge carrier, elastic loops with a velcro closure that wrapped around the forend.
Does anyone recall what company that was? I'd like to find a couple for some Ruger #1's.

I've never used these, but if they are like the carriers you can get for the quake slings I'm not that impressed. Nothing like realizing your ammo has vanished.

Any more, about the only thing I trust are the elastic cartridge carriers.
