looking for a used NEF in 243-prefer stainless, but not real picky...anyone have one in the back of their safe collecting dust?

I had one a while back but I traded it for 2 cases of beer.I bought the gun brand new in the box and a box of federal ammo.That was the worst piece of junk i have ever had.Every time i shot it the action would open.I returned to factory they returned it and said there were nothing wrong with this gun.A guy at the gun range offered 2 boxes of 270 ammo and the beer so i traded.I will never buy another one of them.
