Why not just use a breakdown shotgun case? There are some really nice ones out there.

Embalmer Try www.americase.com Also I use the Boyt takedown shotgun cases. You just need to measure the oal of your barrel, including the scope. There is enough width in the barrel storage slot for most scopes to stay attached. Then I put the rifle in the Boyt case into an Aluminium or Pelican take down hard case. I can get two rifles, two handguns and other stuff in the hard case. I will use the same Boyt takedown cases in my Tuffpak. If you wanted to take one complete rifle and two extra bbls, just use two Boyt shotgun cases.

We looked into having one built. It would have been a very nice case. However, the cost is just too high. Not many people would be willing to spend that kind of money on a case.

Hey Embalmer, Check out the Randolph Smith line of cases (215-855-6000). I did some design work with them on a takedown case that is by far the best on the market. Ed

Thanks Ed. Is there a website or somewhere that I can take a look at the cases?
