I have had 3 new in the white actions in my safe for 15 years or longer. Obviously the builds never happened so I was wondering about market value so that I can move on to other projects. I know there are single shot knowledgeable people and smiths who visit this board so any opinion would be appreciated. First is a DeHaas Miller built by Dean Miller when he was in his shop in St Onge SD, sn 4xx. It has the Neal Rice trigger. Next are 2 Peregrine actions built by Roger Johnson in Silverthorn and Brighton, CO. -small frame center fire with 2digit sn and small frame rimfire with sn 1xx. These are unique items in new condition. I will try to add a pic but I am not too familiar with photobucket on an Apple device. Thanks for any help. [/IMG]

the Miller is a very desirable action for all types of rifles. I met Dean while writing a series of articles on Schuetzen shooting for Precision Shooting Magazine a little over 20 years ago. He built me a Schuetzen rifle, in a case he and I designed called the 32 Miller Short. His trigger design is so well done, he was able to make my trigger a 2-stage 3/8ths ounce pull. I would love to have it, but it is likely worth more than I could afford. Have you any idea how much you want? The Peregrine is a fine action, not as nice as the Miller, but they have a following in the Schuetzen matches. $750 to $1000. The rimfire is more in demand these days. Are yours the single or double set trigger model? Rich

I would be interested in the Peregrine actions if you are going to sell them. I will send you a PM so you can send pictures. Cheers, Laurie
