.300 Win Mag in a Encore and Pro Hunter?

Should a .300 Win Mag, being a Belted cartridge, eject a cartridge properly, where it pops out properly, or since its a belted round it wont pop out.. How about in a pro Hunter.

Factory Encore barrels do not have ejectors.
