Any comments on this? I'd be interested in the .22 Hornet model.

The Chiappa rifles are supposed to be very good the last couple of years. The ones I have seen the past two years at the SHOT Show were very well fit and finished. This was originally a hand built, one at a time, scaled down version being built by two gunsmiths up in Montana. They found $4000 was about as low as they could retail them and make any money. They went to Chiappa, and this is what you see these days.

It would be a pretty neat one, in any of the calibers.

Charles Daly had them and Uberti also makes them, the price is around 800-1000, variations of the same model. I have two on order and also own a pair of Uberti, could not find a Charles Daly and they dont make them anymore
