Seems like david White did'nt like this post from the H&R site and now lists it as the reason that GOD shut the site down , now I'am as religous and god loving as the next guy but if you don't believe me then go over to bellmtcs site and look under david white and then god and see for your self. I wonder why these people always want to circumcise things?
747, Could you post a link? Might be good for a laugh, I doubt any single one of us from the h&r site was so influncial that we held sway over corporate decisions. If that were true, the site would be open today.
The site is ok and his work maybe better I don't know but you have to read the post under GOD to believe it and 450.00 to rebarrel is just too much for me just have to wait and see how much better his 308 shoots than mine I suspect there will be little differance and mine is straight out of the box
I must be blind. I cannot find any of these urls, Handirifles and wlscotts tell me "cannot be found" "error"
I have looked all through the forums and topics under the url that 747 posted, cannot find anything like is described...Am I blind? Still not looking in the right place? Has it been deleted??? Living in Alabama and being on central time it is as I post this now 2-8-04 (Saturday evening) at 7:46pm or 19:46 for those using a 24 hour count (military time)
JPH I checked and can no longer find the topic. I think he deleted it. I wish I had copied it to let everyone see but I was not rude. I simply let him know it was not his place to judge all of us based on some comments he claimed to have received from some on our old site. I also asked him to deal with them as individuals. I did mention that I too, am a believer in God, and that Christ is my Lord and Savior as well, and that if he were attacked because of his faith, then to consider himself blessed to have suffered in Christ's name.
My post was much longer, but meant to gently encourage us all to behave the way we claim to.
Anyway it looks like someone thought better than to leave the post up, which ig good.
Ran into wlscott at GBO, and he related a similar story. I am not at all surprised. I guess it will take a while for all the hubbub to settle down before we get to go on. Hard enough to deal with feelings of betrayl by Marlin/H&R1871, now we have to deal with the cowardice of the troublemakers as well. At least the vultures are honest about feeding on your bones.
Not to be vindictive, but I do hope that there are/were many who got an eye full of that, and will begin to see those who who created it in the full light of the truth. May their misdeeds be their undoing.
