-I've taken Coyotes out to 500+yds with my 25-06 U.R.,300yds with my .223 U.R.
-I own six H&R's never ever had a problem with any of them!!!!!! The .223 U.R. has more then 10,000 rounds throw it. I will retire its barrel soon do to throut wear.
- I would alway put a nice scope on mine. You don't need a 5,000 dollar scope, just nice.

Hunter308: The Ultras are a fine piece for the money. As wrongtarget mentioned, give it a thorough cleaning before use, as they seem to leave the factory with a lot of grease and machining reminants. I would also agree with wrongtarget about any scopes that may be included by a dealer - approach them with caution.
