Would the Ruger #1 ejector work with the rebated 6.5x284 case? Does anybody shoot a Ruger #1 using the 284 case? Fred M. zermel@shaw.ca | ||

I believe it would. Since the No. 1 extractor/ejector drops down as it snaps back, the larger diameter of the case ahead of the extractor groove should not hit the ejector as the case moves to the rear. "Bitte, trinks du nicht das Wasser. Dahin haben die Kuhen gesheissen." | |||

Thanks El Deguello. Did find somebody who had a #1 6mm Rem rechambered to 6mmx284. No problem with the ejector. Your assumptions are right. Fred M. zermel@shaw.ca | |||
