My 204 Ruger has a 26" barrel; it is the No1V (K1V-BBZ to be exact).

Yeah, I just looked at the Ruger factory site and see that they do now offer a No. 1V in the 204 with a 26 inch barrel. The Swift also gets the 26 inch barrel. Every other No 1V they list has only a 24 inch barrel, including the 223, 22-250, 6mm, and 25-06. All of these, but especially the 25-06 can use the extra 2 inch barel length.
