Imagine a W R A & A Co Henry's Patent of 1871 left handed rifle. Yes, left handed, and factory.

Sadly, the barrel and forearm were gone, but my gunsmith is working from photos of the sporting rifles Westley Richards made to recreate this one. He hands me the rifle when I walk in and asks me if I see anything different. It took me a minute to figure it out. Left handed...
It is the only one I have ever seen, and my 77 year old gunsmith said the same thing, not even ever a picture.

I got pictures with my cell phone, now to figure out how to post them.

Aw man, I'd love to see it! I'm a lefty too, and I think the "golden years" LH rifles are pretty neat!

Alex. Henry of Scotland made many left-handed rifles. They weren't really left-handed but did have a left-side lockplate and hammer. If it's an Alex Henry then it's a high-quality arm. Pics?
Regards, Joe

All of the W.R. A&A Henrys had lefthand locks.
Westley made 2500 of them for New South Wales Australia.

Haven’t seen OP on the forum for a long time. Did he pass on, get banned, or what? I recall he was good at ruffling folks feathers. I sold him a Gottfried Prechtl cocking piece mounted Rigby style diopter rear sight a few years ago. I was wondering if it was working well for him. I was unable to to sent him a PM.

Heed the words of Winston Smith in Orwell's 1984:

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

I seem to recall that the OP was sent packing, possibly because of threats?
