I would like to install a tang sight on a Remington Rolling block. Is there one manufactured that installs with a single screw. I do not want to drill and tap another hole.

This rifle was built by my Father and cousin back in the 60's. Not bad for a couple of shadetree gunsmiths.

You'd be best off drilling and tapping two holes with the original spacing so you can use traditional sights. There are no sights made for Remingtons that allow on-hole mounting, to my knowledge.

I put one on mine, but it took two screws!
