graybeardoutdoors does have a good handi-rifle site, but boy, that web seems to be down more than it is up lately. there's a note on the forum stating that efforts are being made to straighten out the problems. when it is up, though, it is an excellent site.

Over on Mike Bellm's T/C site is a fella who does a lot of work on NEF, including rechambering, rebarreling, etc. His name is David White and from what I hear he does good work. He also works on the Contender/Encore systems. Here's a link.. Bellm's site
What's the question about the Handi? I might know I own five of them, and am very familur with their quirks. The Caribou in my avitor was shot with a Handi in 30-06 last year. Otherwise I would recommend going to Graybeard they have a forum there that has a dedicated thread for all the NEF/H&R stuff.
