I've got a #1 in .458 and love it. Compact and light for it's class. It's a wonderful rifle and there's huge potential for the handloader due to not having a COAL limit like with magazine rifles. Mine doesn't like cast bullets which was a disappointment, but with jacketed it's accurate, fun and at short to medium ranges will handle anything you care to do with it. I've got a light load I use mostly, esp in my M77 .458 and it's a joy to shoot yet still packs plenty of thump.
