Well, I don't have a Ruger #1 in the RSI model yet, but I'm working on it. I do have Ruger #1 rifles in the V,A,B and H models though. I doubt you can ever get rid of the "clicking" when working the action. I think it's the nature of the beast. Actual, working the action of any lever action rifle, or pump, or even a bolt action will make some amount of noise. Not having fired a #1 in the RSI model, I cannot make a reasonable comment on the muzzle blast. However, I do have the Ruger M77 .308 in the RSI mode and it does have a fairly loud blast. Accuracy will be an iffy thing, I'm afaid. The only way to find out how the rifle will shoot is to shoot it, if the seller will allow that. Now, I'll base my comments on the resuslt I have gotten from three Ruger 77 RSI rifles, all in .308 Win. They can be a bit tepmeramental at best. I got all three of mine because their previous owners said they were inaccurate. With the loads they tried, the guns were horribly inaccurate. With a bit of experimentation, I found three loads that were usable. Only one was less than one inch with the other two running 1.25" and 1.5" respectively. The funny part of it was the three loads work in all three rifles. Go figure. If I was considering that rifle, I would figure that I would have to do a bit of work finding the one or two loads that would give reasonable hunting accuracy. FWIW, I have 15 Ruger #1 rifles, and only three or four will shoot groups smaller than one inch. The rest are sufficiently accurate to take any big game animal I'll ever go after. Hope this helped.
