Wondering what you guys are using to scope your Luxus's??? I was thinking of Talley aluminum one piece rings...I have a nice Swaro 3x10 Z6 but was thinking of going a smaller route with a fixed 4x.

Interested to see what route you guys have gone.

I'm working on Talley QD rings but it's probably not really necessary.

I just picked up a Swarovski 3-9x36 with a #4 reticle that I'll put in Talley QD rings to allow it to share time between my 243 and 260 bbls.

A straight 6x Leupold worked fine on my 30-06 for Kyrgyz Ibex last week

With Black Hill's ammo using 168gr A-Max bullets it shot 1 1/2" three shot groups at 200 yards.

Anyone who claims the 30-06 is ineffective has either not tried one, or is unwittingly commenting on their own marksmanship

I was going to use a Leupold VX3 2.5x8 but it needed high rings to clear the rear sight on mine. I ended up with the VX3 3.5x10 in medium rings and really like it. I have two barrels set up the same and the scopes will switch out in QD rings.
