Is it easy to rmove the open sights on the rifle barrels?
Is it easy to adjust the trigger pull on the Encore?

the sights are real easy. the trigger isn't hard. just buy the spring for the weight of pull you want from mike bellum and follow the directions on his web sight for the trigger. i've done several and they all have turned out well.
