Ruger #1 International. Does any one else have one? I just bought one of these wonderfull little rifles in 7x57 and am pleased wit it. I had to glass bed the full length stock to get it to stop vertical stringing but now it seems to shoot well. Has any one else experienced this? I am shooting 154gr hornady sp flat base bullets with IMR 4350 at about 2600fps out of the 20 inch bbl. I was wondering how much more velocity I can get out of that powder, bullet combo in a rife meant to handle 65000psi pressure. I am not on a search for velocity but would like to know how far I can push it when looking for accuracy. Any comments on this little rifle and the game you have taken with it are appreciated.

I have one in 270 and it still stings somewhat vertically after 8 or so shots, I havent' touched it though because the first 3 shots usually go into less than an inch.
