I'm interested in purchasing an H&R Ultra-hunter in the 25/06. I already own two H&R breakactions (12 ga Slug Ultra hunter & 410)and have been pleased with the performance. However, after reading some of the posts on other forums, I beginning to wonder. Anyone had any experience with the rifles especially the 25/06

I have one, it shot good out of the box with factory ammo, first two rounds touching with Hornady 117gr BTSP or Federal 115gr partition, the third round opens the group to 1¼", but doubt I'll ever need more than one round!!
